About TermsFeed

TermsFeed is a generator of legal agreements for websites and apps. It offers questionnaire based generators for privacy policies, terms and conditions, cookie policies, disclaimers, EULAs and return and refund policies. The site says it has been helping businesses since 2012 and that lawyers and paralegals help draft and review the agreements it offers.

Every document can be generated free of charge. Free documents come with a free hosted page, an iframe embed option, downloads in several formats and a live editor, but must carry a credits link. Premium documents remove the credits link and let you add extra provisions, each priced as a one-time payment. Listed examples include $82 for GDPR, CCPA, CPRA and CalOPPA provisions in a privacy policy, $24 for user account provisions in terms and conditions, and $14 for a cookie categories section in a cookie policy.

The privacy policy generator page mentions the UK among the countries that require a privacy policy and lists the UK DPA as a law to be aware of, alongside GDPR, CCPA, CalOPPA, COPPA, PIPEDA and the Australian Privacy Act.

How to create a policy with TermsFeed

  1. Pick the generator you need and say whether the document is for a website, an app or both.
  2. Answer the questions about your business and choose any premium provisions.
  3. Use the live editor if you need to add your own text.
  4. Link to the free hosted page, embed it, or download the document and add it to your site.

Things to know

  • One-time pricing: Agreements and policies are paid for once. TermsFeed's subscription products, such as its Privacy Consent cookie banner, are billed monthly or yearly.
  • Credits link: Free documents require a link back to TermsFeed. Premium documents do not.
  • Refunds: The pricing page lists a 7 day refund policy.
  • Updates: TermsFeed notifies you when it is time to update, but you make the changes yourself.
  • Check the output: The site states that its information is not legal advice. Review any generated document against how your business really works.
